Paul Van Den Bosch has worked for 30-years coaching career top athletes like motocross riders Eric Geboers and Georges Jobé, cyclist Sven Nys, the riders of LOTTO Soudal (Andre Greipel, Tim Wellens, Thomas De Gendt ...) and many other absolute toppers. With his athletes, he won five European and ten world titles in five different sports disciplines. He has a Master in Physical Education and Movement Sciences (KU Leuven), and in 2009 he founded the successful Energy Lab with Bob Verbeeck (GOLAZO Sports). Paul Van Den Bosch wrote many books, some of which have been translated into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. His book "Coach for life" was in the top 10 of best-selling non-fiction books for weeks. In his latest book "Act like a Coach" he and co-author Ronnie Leten (ex-CEO of Atlas Copco) make the link between the learnings in sport coaching to the business world in 40 "tips and tricks".

In this role, he manages the global Go-To-Market strategy and operations for Cortex©, including Cortex XDR, Cortex DataLake as well as the Traps Endpoint and Autofocus Threat Intelligence line of products.

With more than 25 years of experience within Security & Intelligence, Fred is currently working as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) for North & East-Europe (NEEUR) within Palo Alto Networks, located in the Amsterdam office. He is responsible for regional cybersecurity strategy development and threat intelligence, security best practices and thought leadership efforts for Palo Alto Networks in the NEEUR region. He is also a cyber security strategist and assists C-executives with their cyber security challenges.

The career of Fred started at the Royal Military Academy in Breda (The Netherlands) and after his graduation in 1992, he became a Security & Intelligence officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force. In 2008 he resigned as a LtCol and moved to the commercial world. He started in IBM as a sales/consultant in the cyber security/public safety domain and became a member of the cyber unit within the Software Group. After some years, he moved to Accenture and worked as a senior manager in the smart grid security area. After this, he became one of the founders of the start-up company ENCS (European Network for Cyber Security) where he developed a Red Team/Blue Team course for Industrial Control Systems (ICS/SCADA). When this was done, Fred moved to Exact Software in the role of CISO and in 2015, Fred became the corporate CISO of LeaseWeb, a Dutch hosting company with a global footprint. In this role, he developed and implemented a successful method for CISOs how to secure an organization holistically.

Fred is a Cyber Security spokesman and he is regularly requested for national radio (BNR) or by Members of Parliament for advice on Cyber Security issues. He holds an Executive Master of Security & Defense (EMSD) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam.

Lior has spent the past decade working on various security projects from reverse engineering to designing and developing secure systems. Currently, Lior is working as Head of Security Research at Demisto, where he and his team investigate new threats and build security playbooks to arm the next generation of blue teams. Before his work in the private sector, Lior served seven years in an elite technological unit of the IDF while completing his Computer Science M.Sc. .

The last +5 years he was been working for Amazon Web Services where he was helping companies adopt cloud securely as they were looking for ways to increase business agility and to decrease time to market. Enabling business while appropriately managing security risks remains one of the essential challenges of cyber security that needs to be addressed in the cloud transformation journey. p>

Richard is a seasoned Cybersecurity professional with over 20 years’ experience and passionate about helping organisations protect their people. Richard has been at Proofpoint for the last 10 years and has held various roles including Principal Architect, EMEA Product Manager and is currently part of the Global Cybersecurity Strategy team. As part of this team Richard regularly meets Proofpoint Customers to advise on their cyber security strategy. Richard holds an Engineering degree from the University of Exeter and started his career working as a software engineer for a small security vendor, followed by a number of years working in the IT Security Channel.

At this time he is one of the EMEA Redlock system engineer specialists. Prior to Palo Alto Networks he worked at a large ISP and had different consultancy roles.

Dave has over 20 years in the IT industry, beginning his career as a Network and Switching Systems Instructor with the US Army Signal Corps. Previous to Palo Alto Networks, he was a Major Accounts Sales Engineer for a Secure Web Gateway vendor and was a Solutions Engineer with Riverbed Technology specializing in WAN optimization and application/network visibility solutions.

John is a cybersecurity evangelist, based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) with over twenty years’ experience in the cybersecurity industry. John has been at Palo Alto Networks for six years where leads Product Marketing activities in Europe for Network Security and Public Cloud solutions. He previously was the Sr. Product Manager for Threat Prevention technologies and ran part of the Unit 42 Threat Research team delivering innovative solutions for the prevention of threats and adversaries within enterprise networks for Palo Alto Networks. John joined Palo Alto Networks from Symantec where he was the Group Product manager delivering endpoint protection, anti-malware technologies and security solutions. John has held various positions in IT and Product Management at Apple Computer, 3Com, and National Semiconductor. John received his MBA from St. Mary’s College and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. p>

Akhil Handa has over 20 years of experience working across Software, Consulting & Manufacturing services in EMEA, India & South East Asia. He spends much of his time providing consulting and advisory services to customer’s transforming their businesses digitally - with a specific focus on the use of AI & Machine Learning for business efficiencies and the security transformation required to enable that. At Palo Alto Networks, he is a Public Cloud Strategist with AWS, GCP & Azure and owns the engagement with the cloud vendors. Previously, at Microsoft, he was responsible for the Advanced workloads strategy on Azure including SAP HANA & High-performance computing. Prior to that, Akhil ran the IBM business unit in EMEA for Intel including IBM Cloud & it’s Softlayer acquisition. p>
